Electronic MEMDOS LP dosing pumps are driven by DC motors, which deliver the kind of control that you can’t get with the Memdos LB pumps. If a pump can shift 100 litres per hour maximum, and it can be turned down to 10 litres an hour, it has a 10 to 1 turndown ratio. The Lutz Jesco Dosing Electronic Motor Memdos pumps can give a 200:1 turndown - very fine control that’s easily enough for most chemical dosing requirements, which need a wide range of flow volumes.

 The pumps can be run manually to increase or decrease the flow rate. Alternatively, there's flow proportional pulse control, usually using a contact head water meter, or alternatively a process controller.

 A remote start/stop control can override all of the inputs from the signals, and the pumps have a low-level alarm output and switch input, so you get an immediate fault indication.
