Before a site visit is arranged card details and pre-authorisation must be taken. If the pump is found to be under warranty no charge will be made. If the fault falls outside of the warranty claim e.g. incorrect installation, the cost of the site visit and cost to fix the pump will be chargable. If you require the manufacturers hourly charge, please request these with customer services.
If returning an item due to a fault, some manufacturers will require the pump to be sent directly to them to determine if the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or incorrect installation. If the fault is caused by any other means apart from a manufacturing issue, a refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request.
